March 12, 2016 New Jersey NPC workshop will be hosting a charity event for St. Jude's Children's Hospital at Powerhouse Gym in Oldbridge, NJ. This workshop means more to me then athletes learning about competing and stage presentation. It's an event held once a year where we all come together and do our best to think of the less fortunate! All proceeds will be donated to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, as well as donations collected at the door for this great cause.
So please join us and come learn from the very best, as IFBB judges and pro athletes come together under one roof to answer any questions you may have. Arrive early as many sponsors will be there for you to sample their products!
