Come see IFBB PRO/RTN CEO Rich Tuma this coming Friday September 30 at Alpha Fitness, 2 East Clinton Street, Newton, NJ. Rich will be there from 5 to 7 pm demoing RTN Products and you can ask him questions on Training and Nutrition.

On August 26th Rich Tuma did a Back and shoulder workout video shot by J.M. Manion for NPC News Online. The video should take a month or so to be out so stay tuned for details. The Video was shot in Pittsburgh at NPC headquarters where Manions gym use to be.
