Meet Rich Tuma and RTN at the 2016 Posing clinic presented by Sassy and Classy Posing at Anytime Fitness, in Sicklerville, NJ. The Sassy and Classy team includes RTN Athlete/IFBB figure Pro and Rich Tuma's posing coach Patrice Vignola who goes over Figure and Mens Physique. Ifbb Pro Bikini competitor Yorkanis Frances works with bikini ans IFBB Pro physique and Olympia competitor Gloria Faulls works with womens physique, classic bodybuilding. the fee is $35.00 for the workshop and is from 1 to 4 pm. Also there is a FREE Rezist class at 12 to all attending camp taught by thhe CEO/IFBB Pro Gino Caccavale. Rich will be there to answer questions on any topic and will assist with Patrice in Men's Physique. This is a must if you plan on competing. check out flyer for details:

Flash Back Friday: SINCE 2003, RTN has been making some of the best all natural protein blends and products. We at RTN want to thank each and every one of you that has been a contributor to our success. I believe that if you do something you honestly believe in, it will stand the test of time. I was never out to make a fast buck and always gave back to the people. We have had thousands of demos nationwide at events, trade shows, contests, health food stores, and gyms. We could not have done this without the support of my wife, the staff at RTN, and all that have helped contribute. We gave out hundreds and thousands of samples, homemade protein bars/balls, recipes and other RTN handouts since the beginning of 2003, and wanted to share some of the pictures I found with you! There are so many more from the beginning that I would have to dig up because that was before the cell phone pic thing lol.
