Hey guys its been awhile since I posted on my website and if you don't follow me on social media I experienced a heart attack 2/13/2017. I will share my story below from when it happened and I'm currently doing fine back to normal lifestyle. I'm blessed to be here and thank God for the dr's for there fine work. I had 3 arteries 100% blocked and needed 3 stents. I have a family history of heart disease and no matter how good you eat or how much you train sometimes you cant run from your genetics. Rich Tuma had the privilege and opportunity to work with J.M Manion on August 24, 2016 at NPC Headquaters/Manions Gym. He did a high volume Back and shoulders workout non stop. On August 26th Rich Tuma did a Back and shoulder workout video shot by J.M. Manion for NPC News Online. The video should take a month or so to be out so stay tuned for details. The Video was shot in Pittsburgh at NPC headquarters where Manions gym use to be. Rich got a chance to see the whole facility such as NPC Clothing facility and met the Founder of the NPC/IFBB Jim Manion sr, 

Rich Tuma announced last week on Instagram that he will be competing Wednesday, August 31at the IFBB PITTSBURGH MASTERS PRO in the Pro 40 and over category. This show features some of the best IFBB Masters Pros in the World so it should be a good show-Hope to see you there. Rich Tuma will be at the NPC LEHIGH VALLEY CHAMPIONSHIPS this coming Saturday 5/28 all day at the RTN Booth. RTN is the Title sponsor of this show along with the PA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS (in July) and THE NPC BIG CAT (in October). Here is poster of the show with details on it.

The Sassy and Classy team includes RTN Athlete/IFBB figure Pro and Rich Tuma's posing coach Patrice Vignola who goes over Figure and Mens Physique. Ifbb Pro Bikini competitor Yorkanis Frances works with bikini ans IFBB Pro physique and Olympia competitor Gloria Faulls works with women's physique, classic bodybuilding. The fee is $35.00 for the workshop and is from 1 to 4 pm. Also there is a FREE Rezist class at 12 to all attending camp taught by the CEO/IFBB Pro Gino Caccavale. Must get there by 11 to attend the rezist class. Rich will be there to answer questions on any topic and will assist with Patrice in Men's Physique. This is a must if you plan on competing.
