- Flat bench contractions in a power rack: the idea of this exercise is to strengthen tendons, ligaments, and isometric strength. We held each lift for 10 to 20 seconds with 8 to 10 contractions. You want to lock your arms out lifting With your scapula and contracting your pectoral muscles. We Did eight sets Working up to 405 pounds each. It is important to do this in a power rack for safety.
- Sorinex incline machine presses 3 sets of 10' reps then a dropset of 6, 9, 12 reps.
- Finished with 5 sets of 20 reps incline kettle bell flys. Great pump with no pain! Had Pump Hardcore before and during workout with RTN MASS BUILDER post workout.
